Consumer Health Update

In June 2023, we announced that Mundipharma entered into an agreement to sell our Consumer Health business to iNova Pharmaceuticals. On 31 January 2024, the sale of the Consumer Health business to iNova Pharmaceuticals was successfully completed.  

The sale of the Mundipharma Consumer Health business allows us to strengthen our focus on our prescription portfolio as we continue to build a strong speciality care business and support our pain management portfolio.
