A programme with something for everyone
Our global learning programmes form a key part of our approach to learning and development (L&D), and therefore a key part of our commitment to our people. Through our programmes MundiLearn and MundiLead, everyone in our organisation can access courses, initiatives and resources at any time and from anywhere in the world.
MundiLearn helps our colleagues to take ownership of their development and reach the goals they are striving for, while MundiLead is specially created for our community of people managers and those who are leading project teams or have an interest in taking their people management skills to the next level.
With sessions that range from building psychological safety to giving more effective feedback, we offer something for everyone. We want everyone to have the support they need right from the start. This year we have created sessions to support colleagues in owning their development including hosting a Development week. Colleagues came together in feedback and coaching workshops and heard from our Executive Committee about the crucial feedback and coaching conversations that shaped their careers.
We have removed performance ratings and updated our performance management process to Performance Leadership. We encourage our colleagues to own their own development and prioritise regular check-ins with their manager to discuss progress on objectives throughout the year as well as to discuss their own personal L&D goals.
Colleagues are empowered to access programmes aligned to their plans, strengthen their networks across the organisation, and develop their skills to truly unlock their potential and be even more effective in their roles.
Through L&D, we are supporting our colleagues to explore new opportunities which contribute to our organisational goals in more meaningful ways. For our colleagues in the UK, we are also utilising the apprenticeship levy to support aspiring and current leaders in becoming more effective in their roles.
