We are committed to the professional development of our people and regularly deliver bespoke, in house created development programmes and courses. We offer MundiLearn (for all colleagues) and MundiLead (for people managers) as a series of resources, e-learning and masterclass sessions. Our development programmes include “Rising Stars” for emerging talent and “Accelerate” for our future leaders. For colleagues based in the UK, we are also utilising the apprenticeship levy to support skills and development opportunities aligned with our Performance Leadership approach.
